This Privacy Policy explains how RadonCheck LLC handles information in connection with the RadonCheck website, contact and booking services, delivery of radon-testing services, and RadonCheck's internal Google Business Profile automation.
2. Information we collect
We collect information that people voluntarily provide when they contact us, request or book a service, or communicate with us. This may include a name, email address, phone number, service or property address, booking details, and the contents of messages.
3. How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide radon-testing services, communicate about appointments and results, maintain business records, and administer and improve our business operations.
4. Technical information, cookies, and measurement
Our website and its service providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, visited pages, and timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies may be used by hosting, analytics, and advertising services, including Google Ads conversion measurement, to operate the website, understand usage, and measure whether advertising leads to a completed action.
5. Google OAuth and Google user data
RadonCheck's internal application requests only the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage.
With authorization from the RadonCheck business owner, the application accesses only Business Profile account and location identifiers and Local Posts data needed to create, read, and manage posts on RadonCheck's own verified Google Business Profile.
The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, health data, or unrelated Google Account data. It does not manage third-party Business Profiles. OAuth credentials are stored on a restricted private server and are used only for authorized Google Business Profile operations.
6. AI-assisted content
AI services may be used to help generate public educational and marketing content from approved RadonCheck business facts. Customer personal information and Google user data are not submitted to AI providers by the Google Business Profile automation.
7. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data. Limited service providers may process information only as needed to provide hosting, analytics, communications, storage, or Google Business Profile functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process.
8. Retention
Business and booking records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the business, and meet legal obligations. OAuth credentials are retained until access is revoked or the credentials are no longer required. Public posts and media may remain available while they are operationally useful to RadonCheck.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information and credentials we handle. No system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your choices
Contact us at radonchecknow@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests to delete information, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
The authorized Google Account owner may revoke OAuth access at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page.
11. Children's privacy
RadonCheck's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
